From the very beginning we felt (knew) that Stacie understood all of our needs, hopes, and dreams when it came to a new home. Stacie also understood the concerns, stresses and anxiety we were feeling as home sellers as well. She always kept a calm demeaner throughout both the buying and selling process which help me and Karen through some stressful evenings. Needing a house with more space for our growing family, we took a long and circuitous route to get to what wound up being our new home. We looked on and off for around two years or so in various neighborhoods in and around the city. Stacie helped us through the process of prioritizing what it was we needed and wanted in our next home. By the time we found and secured our new house, "we going to see new house with Stacie?!?!" became a common refrain from our three year old whenever we walked out the door. Stacie was unbelievably patient with us as we went through our process. She was every bit as helpful in selling our first home. We were referred to Stacie from another realtor helping us also look in Kentucky and we couldn't be more happy for the referral!
