We had worked with Stacie previously in purchasing our first home six years ago and at no point did we consider moving to another realtor this time around.
Needing a house with more space for our growing family, we took a long and circuitous route to get to what wound up being our new home. We looked on and off for around two years or so in various neighborhoods in and around the city. Stacie helped us through the process of prioritizing what it was we needed and wanted in our next home. By the time we found and secured our new house, "we going to see new house with Stacie?!?!" became a common refrain from our three year old whenever we walked out the door. Stacie was unbelievably patient with us as we went through our process.
She was every bit as helpful in selling our first home. Stacie walked through our house and asked us about updates we'd made over the years. She recommended further minor repairs/improvements to get the house ready for listing and was ready with contractor recommendations when we asked. As the listing went up, she provided calming guidance as we went through that stressful period.
